When it first came out in November 2019, it turned heads, dropped jaws, made headlines, and split public opinions right in half. This vehicle is something we have never seen on the road before.
As we can see in the image above the vehicle looks like something that came out of a dystopian sci-fi movie and most importantly the vehicle is a performance beast. The truck features all-wheel drive, with versions from one to triple-motor electric motor systems. The all-electric truck will be able to reach an astonishing 60mph in 2,9 seconds and the triple-motor flagship model will be able to tow an estimated 14000 pounds. It comes with a 30x cold-rolled steel body which makes it one tough machine on the road.
At first, the vehicle seems somewhat scary, however, some latest designs have shown that the truck can easily be employed in public service duty such as police, taxi coastguard, and even pizza delivery. Elon Musk has stated that this is part three of a three-year plan of bringing all-electric cars to the mass market.

Roadside assistance
In the mockup above we can see an AA company cybertruck towing a Ford F-150 which amusingly is the vehicle’s main competitor and the most popular truck among AA companies.
Tesla also released a video in which the Cybertruck is pulling a Ford-150 in a tug of war, nevertheless, recent data says that most buyers still trust the Ford.
The Truck single and dual motors have a towing capacity of 7500 and 10000 pounds, however, the tri-motor model will be able to tow an astonishing 14000 pounds. So, maybe in time, all those Ford-lovers may reconsider.
Police
What we know so far is that some police forces are really taking an interest in the vehicle. Police forces in Dubai, Kansas, and Ciudad Valley have expressed serious interest in using the vehicle in their operations. The NYPD hasn’t stated anything officially, but the mockup above shows that the vehicle could look very sharp.
It will be designed as a 6 seater with off-road capacity and specs going up to 5000 miles of range.
Coast Guard
Well, looks like the coast guard is taking an interest as well, and from the looks of it, the truck looks unreal. In the image above we see the truck helping out on the beach. Great traction in order to prevent getting stuck in the mud and even a useful jetski for search and rescue missions. It comes with a rear addition for the 6.5-foot vault and Tesla also stated that the vehicle might come with a number of such additions such as locks to secure storage and solar wings.
Pizza delivery
Employing this mean-machine for pizza delivery, at first, it may sound kind of strange. But in reality, with a 6.5 vault and acceleration speed from 0-60 mph in 2.9 seconds things look really good for pizza delivery services. Nobody likes their pizza cold, so Cybertruck to the rescue.
Taxi
Naturally, with that kind of performance, taxi organizations are taking an interest in the Cybertruck. Tough, fast, and a towing capacity of 14000 pounds, what better vehicle is there for a taxi?
