Volkswagen On Tour Event at Queensbay Mall

Recently my friend and I visited the Volkswagen On Tour at Outdoor Queensbay Mall car park which was held on 13-15th December 2013.

Upon entering the Volkswagen On Tour booth, we were politely greeted by the staffs. The staffs were friendly and helpful. We were told that there were games around the booth and they asked us to join the fun. Without much hesitation, I registered myself for the games. We have to complete the 5 games in order to get the puzzle completed, one of the game is to test drive one Volkswagen car.

The 1st game is Volkswagen feature introduction and also some Volkswagen background. We learned the features from the videos in Ipad mini. The features can be chosen from the Ipad video by scanning on the board pictures to learn about the Volkswagen latest features in the cars such as auto side parking, auto breaking, hill assist and many more.

The 2nd game is shouting at the microphone to generate electricity. This game required 4 people to shout together to generate sufficient electricity to light up the toy buildings.

There was fun game free for all, which is to pedal the bicycle to generate the electricity to cook the popcorn! LOL This is funny 🙂

The 3rd game would be to test drive one of the Volkswagen Car. I’ve chosen Volkswagen Golf for the test drive. Stay tune for my Volkswagen Golf test drive story.

The 4th game would be playing the racing simulator game. We can crash the car as we wish but without die, haha 🙂

The 5th game is Volkswagen car introduction, we can pick whichever car and the staff will explain about the car. In fact, the car explanation was well explained by the pretty model 🙂

There are other Volkswagen cars at the booth too.

After completed all the 5 games, we were entitled to claim for the souvenirs. The souvenirs were claimed at the event counter:

Not only that, we got to snap photo with the Volkswagen tags too:

The event was fun and there are a lot pretty models too. The staffs spoke good english and were very polite as well. They were traveled from Kuala Lumpur all the way to Penang for the Volkswagen On Tour 2013 event.

They also served light snacks, tea and coffee as well. Overall, the event was fun, awesome and we learned a lot!
