Jacky is a fun and outgoing babe. She can adapt to anyone easily and start conversing with you like an old friend. By the way, what is COE?
COE stands for Certificate Of Entitlement. In Sg, before you could buy a car, you need to have a COE. This is through open bidding. The price fluctuates every month, but currently it goes anything between S$72k to S$82k for cars. With COE in hand then you can go buy a car. Same with motorcycles and commercial vehicles. Each COE lasts for 10 years only, after which you have to renew it at the prevailing price, if you intend to continue using your car. If not you have to send your car to the scrapyard, irregardless of the car’s condition.
Wow! COE is expensive! Owning a vehicle is Singapore is really a luxury…
